FAQs - Door Refinishing

Understand the refinishing process and what to expect when restoring your wood doors and millwork.

Most full exterior refinishing jobs are completed within 3–5 business days from strip-down to reinstallation. Scope, number of doors, and condition of the existing finish can affect timing. We confirm a specific schedule during the on-site evaluation.

Yes, glass inspection, cleaning, and sealant refresh is included in most refinishing scopes. Hardware is assessed for condition, and we can supply upgraded hinges, locksets, pulls, or sweeps from our partner brands as part of the same appointment.
